My cat is a chonky boi so I was worried the small wouldn’t be big enough for him but there is more than enough room for him to sprawl out if he wanted to. it does stay cool. I once waited for him to leave his spot to check and see if it was warm where he was laying and to my surprise, it was cool just like the rest of the mat. Great purchase and would recommend it.

A decent size for a large dog. I have 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they can all fit on it when they’re curled into a ball! It’s definitely cooling and does the job it’s supposed to. I initially had to coax my dogs onto the mat but once they realized what it does, there’s now always one of them on there! Picture attached of one of them sprawled out on it!

I bought this product for my dog who has been struggling with the heat this summer & I wanted to provide a cool spot for her to go to that’s comfortable. Due to the gel in it, it took some encouragement to get her to lie on it, because it must have felt strange under her feet, but now she lies on it quite happily. The gel is extremely cushioning which is great for her bony joints & it noticeably cools her down because she stops panting within minutes of lying in it.

I bought some of these in various sizes so I could spread around the house for my dog in areas where he sleeps. Yes, when he is war/hot, he will lay on them. They really are cool, when they have taken the body heat and the dog has moved, it will cool itself again. These are OK for adults too. He enjoys it.
